completing the QuestClub enrollment card, you agree to
the terms and conditions
of QuestClub. Terms and conditions may change at any time. |

You
must be 18 years of age to enroll.

The
gift card received at enrollment can be used on future visits (valid
for 90 days).
It cannot be applied to the check on the day it is
received.

4. |
Gift
cards that are lost, stolen or expired cannot be replaced.
|

5. |
Only
the member paying with a registered credit or debit card may
earn points.
|
|
6.
|
Points
are earned for purchases of food, beverage, retail sales, gift
certificates and
tips. Deposits
are not eligible for points. Contracted
parties are not eligible for points.
The most points that can be earned in one visit is 1000. |

7. |
One point is earned
for every $1.00 spent.
|

8.
|
Points have no cash
value. Points
may be redeemed for gift certificates (valid for 90
days) or airline miles |

9. |
Points are not
transferable.
|
|
10. |
Gift certificates
redeemed do not earn points. |
|
11. |
Cash purchases do
not earn points.
|
|
12. |
Purchases prior to
the date of enrollment do not earn points. |

Points must be
awarded at the time of purchase.
Points will show online after your
second visit to an Atlantic Quest location, where you used your registered
credit or
debit card. |

Points start to
accumulate upon account activation and expire when the account
becomes inactive. An inactive
account is determined to be one that has no spend
activity on their
registered credit card(s)
for more than 12 months, from the
same month and day enrolled, in
the program each year. In
short, you must use one
of your registered credit cards at least once
every 365 days after the date of
enrollment for points to stay activated.

There may be certain
dates where purchases do not earn points.
You will be notified
in advance.

Points may not be
earned on discounted items.
